Terms of Use

The service
OffDay helps you look for longer breaks by combining public holidays, weekends, and your leave days. Suggestions and holiday lists are information to help you plan. Check important dates with an official calendar before you book travel or take leave.
Using OffDay
You may use the website and the apps for your own planning. Do not misuse the service, try to disrupt it, or send automated traffic that overloads https://api.offday.app.
No account
OffDay does not give you a user account. Plans and settings saved in the app stay on your device.
Stores and ads
If you download OffDay from Google Play or the App Store, that store’s terms also apply to the download. The app may offer an extra result after a rewarded advertisement from Google. The website does not sell a subscription.
Our content
The OffDay name, logo, and software belong to OffDay. Holiday names come from public calendars and remain the responsibility of their sources.
No warranty
OffDay is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a suggested date is a public holiday, that a plan is the best one for you, or that the service will be available without interruption.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, OffDay is not liable for travel bookings, leave you take, or other losses that come from relying on a suggestion. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. That choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
Changes
We may update the website, the apps, and these terms. The date above changes when these terms change. Continuing to use OffDay after an update means you accept the updated terms.
